Meal Plan

I just thought I'd post my meal plan for the next week. I've had a lot of people ask me how I spend so little each month on groceries, and this is how! One meal per day is sandwiches or cereal, mostly sandwiches.

Breakfast is:
Monday - Muffins
Tuesday - Muffin Tin Meals
Wednesday - Whatever Day (We'll pick whatever we have a consensus on from the kids)
Thursday - Smoothies
Friday - French Toast
Saturday - Big Breakfast
Sunday - Cinnamon Rolls

Now, for the rest of the time...

Spaghetti
Garlic Bread
Salad

Monday, May 16
Pot Roast

Tuesday, May 17
Leftovers

Wednesday, May 18

Thursday, May 19
Sausage and Saurkraut

Friday, May 20
BBQ Chicken
Green Beans
Mac and Cheese (Deceptively Delicious Cookbook)

Saturday, May 21
Hotdogs
Baked Beans
Chips
Sunday, May 22
Chicken Parmesan
Salad

Monday, May 23
Ham
Black eyed peas
Sweet Potatoes

Tuesday, May 24
Leftovers

Wednesday, May 25
Meatloaf
Peas
Corn

Thursday, May 26
Vegetarian Lasagna (Crock Pot)

Friday, May 27
Leftovers

Chances are in that time we will have way more food than we can handle, so one of those meals will likely be put off for the next week and we'll have another meal of leftovers. Like, we already know that tomorrow we will be eating with our Sunday School Class, so the spaghetti will be postponed for another day.
